This organization helps communities, governments, and groups work together to solve big problems. They design and run programs where regular people can have a voice in important decisions. They offer three main services: giving advice and support for existing projects, designing and running new engagement projects from start to finish, and working together on shared goals. They help with things like Citizens Juries, where community members learn about issues and make recommendations. They can help with planning, training facilitators, finding participants, creating educational materials, and managing events.

Training and resources help leaders guide their communities through fair, respectful conversations about difficult issues. People learn to listen to each other and work on solutions together.
This program brings together small groups of rural community members (15-18 people) for 3-day discussions about local climate change impacts. Participants learn about weather changes affecting their area and work together to create solutions and recommendations for local leaders. The program helps rural communities have a voice in climate decisions that affect their farming, economy, and daily life. Past dialogues happened in Minnesota counties from 2014-2016.
Most people want to be part of something. They just don't know where to start. That's not a motivation problem. It's a navigation problem.
