The founder Hassan Ghiassi provides personal mentoring to help you become a facilitator. They offer free community sessions and paid online courses. You'll learn to create safe spaces where people can discuss important topics and learn from each other. This training helps you build communication skills for life while making your community stronger.

ICJS trains people to become leaders who fight religious bias and promote understanding between different faiths. They offer programs for religious leaders, community leaders, teachers, and future clergy. The programs help people learn about different religions, build relationships across faiths, and create positive change in their communities. Programs include fellowships and intensive training sessions.
BLS Expert Speakers for Events
Government experts will come speak at your school or nonprofit event about jobs, workplace safety, and how the economy works. These free speakers travel across the country to share important information about work and employment.
Bridge-Building Skills Training and Digital Badges
This program teaches you skills to work better with people who are different from you. You can take courses on listening, talking with others, and working together as a team. When you finish a course, you get a digital badge to show what you learned. The skills help you be a better leader, solve problems, and build good relationships at home, work, and in your community. Organizations can submit their courses to be part of this program. The training is available through partner organizations in the Listen First Coalition.
