SCIM is a survey tool that helps organizations measure how well their programs bring people together and reduce division. Organizations can give surveys to participants before and after events to see if their work helps people understand each other better. The tool uses Google forms and gives instant charts showing results. Groups can pick which questions work best for their programs and add their own questions too. The surveys measure things like empathy, respect, and how people feel about others who are different from them.

This program teaches you skills to work better with people who are different from you. You can take courses on listening, talking with others, and working together as a team. When you finish a course, you get a digital badge to show what you learned. The skills help you be a better leader, solve problems, and build good relationships at home, work, and in your community. Organizations can submit their courses to be part of this program. The training is available through partner organizations in the Listen First Coalition.
