CGIAR Ombuds Office - Workplace Conflict ResolutionThe CGIAR Ombuds Office helps workers solve problems at their job. If you have trouble with your boss, coworkers, or workplace issues, they will listen to you privately and help you find solutions. They can help people talk to each other to solve conflicts. They also help people understand company rules and policies. All conversations are kept secret. The office is run by Dr. Anu Rao who works as a neutral person to help everyone. You can contact them by email to set up a meeting.
